He also wrote (and sometimes illustrated) the “Nature Trail” column for the Toronto Star, Canada’s largest newspaper, for 25 years. His art has graced the cover of most issues of late of Ontario Birds, and he generously makes his art available to any cause he supports, including the study of birds, conservation, environmentalism, or other causes.
